[Dysphagia] Oral prep/ or lack there of
Try a syringe feed to bypass the reduced oral sensory mechanism? Increase
tastant thresholds? Tactile stimulation to faucial pillars?
Is he becoming demented? Check on Medication changes? If no luck and he is
loosing weight may need PEG.
