[Dysphagia] published scales for residue on FEES

Is anyone using scales to rate residue observed on FEES? We are
developing some standards for documentation and wanted some published
scales to help with rating. We plan on including;

the Rosenbek Penetration-Aspiration scale

Either the Murray or MarianJoy 5-point secretion Severity Scale 

But wanted something for residue
