[Dysphagia] Trigeminal nerve injury

Does anyone have any experience with a trigeminal nerve injury causing
the following symptoms...
Rust taste in mouth constantly,
right tongue tip pain and sensitivity, and
drooling/slurred speech when tired.

Any treatment ideas/compensations to lessen symptoms or info on
recovery? I don't think I can help much other than dysarthria
compensations but I'm open to suggestions...this is probably permanent
damage, but thought I'd look into others' experiences!

Thanks! Polly
