[Dysphagia] simulating communication difficulties - thank you!

  Just wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who gave such great, creative suggestions on how to simulate communication difficulty for an inservice.  We've got a lot of wonderful ideas to choose from now!  Thanks to everyone.
