[Dysphagia] dysphagia diets -pureed 2

My facility and I are looking at standardizing and expanding the diet
options for our resident's with dysphagia. I am having difficulty
locating examples of food for a dysphagia 2 or pureed 2 diet level. We
are developing a diet level between a pureed diet and a mechanical soft.
If you have a good resource or suggestions please contact me.
