The Milton J. Dance, Jr. Head and Neck Center at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center has a position available that is ideal for a professional with voice evaluation and treatment, including laryngeal stroboscopy and is also skilled in management of the acute medical patient.     

We are seeking an enthusiastic and team oriented speech pathologist with voice and acute medical experience (at least 2 years experience) to join our dynamic and collaborative team of dedicated speech pathologists.  GBMC is a 292-bed acute care hospital and the Milton J. Dance, Jr. Head and Neck Center at GBMC has an active and growing voice program.   Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an acute care hospital setting, and must be independent in performing and interpreting modified barium swallow
studies.  GBMC is a teaching hospital that offers many opportunities for continuing education and professional development along with a competitive compensation package. 

Job Requirements
Candidate must be independent in performing and interpreting laryngeal stroboscopy and modified barium swallow studies. A Master's degree, ASHA CCC-SLP, and at least 2 years experience with the evaluation and treatment of voice disorders and evaluating/treating patients in an acute medical setting. Experience with FEES, trach/vent and speaking valves is preferred but not required.  Training and mentorship available.
