[Dysphagia] gurgly sound

Just a stab, but maybe the emptying of a Zenker's Diverticulum, or a loose
cricopharyngeus releasing air - Belching.

"after almost every trial regardless of consistency/texture/thickness, about
3-5 seconds after the swallow i heard this very audible sound that was not
quite gurgly but more like a rumble. it was dry sounding and not wet. it
sounded like a stomach was rumbling/growling but the sound was coming from
her pharngeal/laryngeal area. i know at times i make some weird sound kind
of like a stomach rumble in my throat which i have no control over, but this
was noted about 12 times in 15 minutes."

does anyone have any thoughts as to what that sound could be? it wasn't her
moaning. she mostly whispered during my assessment.

thanks
