[Dysphagia] Contraindications for Shaker Ex

Please remind me of the specific cardiac diagnoses for which the Shaker exercises are contraindicated.

My patient has (along with CVA primary dx) history of atrial fibrillation and mild valvular heart disease.  Okay for Shaker ex?
