I have a patient with CREST syndrome (calcinosis, Raynaud's
phenomenon, esophogeal dysfunction, sclerodactyly and
telangiectasia) Is anyone familiar with this syndrome and
can you offer any words of wisdom for treatment for this
patient.

Patient is a 86 year old female having significant
dysphagia. We have not performed a VFSS due to other
issues she is having. (hip, etc)

Thanks
Chris
