[Dysphagia] Xerostemia.

hi everyone,
I am just wondering if anyone has suggestions for patients with xerostemia.
My patients dislikes using artificial sprays or moisturizers. He is willing
to moisten foods that are dry and drinks water throughout the day. I have
tried DPNS foley technique as an intervention...very minimal results at this
time. My patient has tried the gelclair rinse medication which has relieved
soreness and discomfort. Does anyone have any other suggestions that I might
try? I would appreciate hearing from my colleagues. Thank you for your
suggestions in advance.
