I like to use the Cognitive-Linguistic Quick Test (CLQT) by Nancy
Helm-Estabrooks. This test has a variety of tasks that provide information in the areas
of attention, memory, executive functioning, visuo-spatial skills, and
language. The scoring is broken down into two age brackets 18-69, 70-89 and
provides severity levels in each area (attention...). It's very easy to administer
and score.
